After the presentations, Members of Parliament have a long sessions to debate and deliberate on the national expenditures for the following year.<br /><br />The budget is the national cake , but not so many people, including small scale farmers, who make the mojority of citizens in these countries have taken interest to it. So, how are small scale farmers in the region informed to followup the debate? More particular is important for farmers to engage and have their voices in budget formulation right from the planning stage at grassroot level and follow the process all away to the parliament.
